1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms govern your use of the website and services offered by MrEarlyMotivator ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you enter into a binding agreement with MrEarlyMotivator.
2. Acceptance
By continuing to access or use the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice. You confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction or have authority to bind the organisation you represent.
3. The service
MrEarlyMotivator provides online educational programs covering fitness, mindset, and editing. Access is provided on a subscription basis through one of our published plans.
4. Account and credentials
You must provide accurate information, keep it up to date, and maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. You agree not to: (a) use the service unlawfully; (b) commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate others; (c) infringe the intellectual property rights of MrEarlyMotivator or any third party; (d) interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including by introducing malware, probing, scanning, or scraping; (e) reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service or its content.
6. Intellectual property
All content, software, branding, and materials made available through the service are owned by MrEarlyMotivator or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your personal, non-commercial use within the plan you have purchased.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Renewal pricing, taxes, and applicable fees will be disclosed at checkout.

9. Service level and disclaimers
We work hard to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Information provided in our programs is for general educational purposes and is not medical, mental health, financial, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions affecting your health or wellbeing.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you: (a) materially breach these Terms; (b) fail to pay amounts due; (c) pose a security or fraud risk; or (d) repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your subscription.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where exclusion is not permitted.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
